Called made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, called the day before the apt to get the time, never a call back. Day after apt I called again, asked for a return call with an explanation, never did receive a call or explanation. Hard enough to put a old friend down, but this lack of professionalism in uncalled for.

If i would have known i was going to spend hundreds of dollars on top of the house-call fee i would have just played veterinarian myself. I don't believe the problem my pet had should have put me out this much money. It wasn't life threatening and likely something I could have handled and will next time. I know it's been said thousands of times before me but many veterinarians really do take advantage of people and I felt that on my visit. They see a luxurious house and a high-end vehicle and think it's a green light.
